Clare McDade is head of our personal injury, industrial disease and clinical negligence departments.
Clare obtained an LLB (Hons) at Queen Mary & Westfield College, University of London in 1992 and upon qualifying as a solicitor she specialised in claims for personal injury.
Clare joined M&K Solicitors in 2019, and comes to us with over twenty five years’ experience of dealing with claims for personal injury. She has worked for, and headed departments at, well known trade union and human rights firms throughout her career.
Clare has extensive experience in all areas of personal injury litigation, and has dealt with an extensive range of claims involving complex accident circumstances and catastrophic injuries (including traumatic brain injuries and amputations).
She has a huge amount of experience relating to accidents at work and accumulative injuries/industrial disease including injuries arising from repetitive work, manual handling, exposure to substances hazardous to health (such as chemicals and asbestos) and noise induced hearing loss.
Clare is well known for her litigation ability and experience, which she uses to ensure that all client’s obtain the highest levels of compensation possible.
