Kamal is the Practice Manager of the Birmingham Office. Kamal has been a member of M & K Solicitors Birmingham office since January 2018. Prior to this Kamal also trained and qualified with M & K Solicitors in Luton from 2013 until 2016.
Kamal obtained his LLB (Hons) degree from Demontfort University in 2010 and completed his Legal Practice Course in 2012 prior to joining the firm. Kamal has been working and practising in the area of Immigration, Debt Recovery, General Litigation and Divorce matters.
Kamal has a passion for law and is always determined to achieve the best result for his clients.
Kamal has vast experience in assisting clients held in Immigration detention. He has attended clients within detention centres and represented them before the Immigration and Asylum Chamber for bail hearings.
Kamal has assisted clients seeking leave under the European Regulations and inside / outside the Immigration Rules.
Kamal also has extensive experience of preparing cases before the First Tier Tribunal/ Upper Tribunal and High Court on Immigration matters.
Outside of work Kamal has a keen interest in travelling having recently travelled through Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Hungary, Portugal, UAE and Guernsey to name a few.
