Zahira advises on all aspects of immigration, asylum and nationality law. She has extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of advising on the immigration rules, in all types of applications, including applications for family members, such as partners, dependent relatives and children; indefinite leave applications including under both the ten-year and five-year rule and on a private life basis; judicial review, complex nationality applications, detention and deportation matters, appeals and applications under the Skilled Worker Route and Points Based System.

Education and Career

• Zahira graduated with a First-Class BA (Hons) in LLB Law from the University of Hertfordshire.

• Zahira joined M & K Solicitors in December 2016 as an Immigration Paralegal, and went on to qualify as a solicitor whilst at the firm in January 2020.
